The weather today sucks.
Wind is whipping, temperature won’t exceed 50 degrees Farenheit, and we’re on the third straight day of rain.
So, no…I shan’t be ashamed when I tell you that I’m not planning on doing a DAMN thing today but drinking hot tea, watching mindless television and breaking out this bad boy:

Oh…and, need I REALLY mention that I received NO compensation WHATSOEVER for this post?
I thought not.

Another day that
I forgot to take a picture.
Today it was because I found my

Liam and I had fun with it…as you can see.

I must confess
I did not take ANY photos
on this day.
Because I was working on this
new header for
Meet
“Coloring Book Liam”
Now, where are your crayons?
Beautiful weather, extra innings, guest Mascot – lots of fun.
I know this is similar to another picture a few posts back, but I can’t help it.
I think this love of baseball has been passed down
from father to son,
and beyond.
I “tweaked” this photo to look old
because I love knowing that this scene, and this same picture
could have been taken of many generations
of our family.
“The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it’s a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again.”

Where did the last two days go?
I didn’t take ANY photos.
So, I’m going to have to cheat for May 11th and 12th
and give you two more from the Ball Game…
The view from our seats.
(Photoshopped.)
I may frame this and put it in Liam’s room.
Y’know…his first ball game.
For posterity.
